SUMMARY
The Certified Vocational Evaluation Quality Manager reviews and ensures the quality of vocational evaluation reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviews vocational evaluation reports.

Ensures the evaluation process and methods presented in the report align with expectations to conduct a thorough and complete assessment of the individual’s aptitude, interests, and skills; verify the evaluation addresses questions included in the referral for services.

Reviews the report to verify the pertinent information is presented in a professional manner, with clear and concise language.

Reviews recommendations to ensure they align with information presented in the report and verify they are well-supported.

Reviews suggested vocations based on identified areas of interest and the individual’s educational background, employment history, abilities, and characteristics.

Makes edits to the report to ensure correct grammar and clear and professional presentation of the information.

Provides feedback to the vocational evaluator regarding questions/concerns that may arise during the review process for their consideration prior to submission of the report in an effort to develop the most comprehensive report possible.

Communicates with the Vocational Evaluator regarding any questions or concerns in the collaborative process.

Completes other tasks as directed.
REQUIREMENTS

Ability to pass a level 2 background check.

Experience working with individuals with disabilities.

Bilingual is a plus.

Confidentiality and the ability to manage multiple deadlines is required.

Must have own computer, printer, smartphone with data plan, and high-speed internet connection.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 an hour plus $75 per report.
